Second year in Miami and Max Zorn sells out award-winning solo show at Spectrum
“Most of the art begins to look the same after a bit, there is a lot of pop art and a lot of classic, there are sculptures as well as collages and paintings and they all get jumbled together, but this year, one art style and one artist stuck out to me. Literally. That’s Max Zorn, Tape Artist, shown here.” -Huffington Post
Spectrum is one of the many events taking place in the city showcasing over 160 artists, galleries, and publishers. It is a juried, contemporary art show taking place in Miami’s Arts and Entertainment District where Stick Together showcased Max Zorn’s tape art. Max Zorn was one of three Spotlight artists in 2015’s programming and his Meet the Artist Live Demonstrations proved to be successful.
The fair received record attendance in 2015 with 29,000 visitors with sales of several million dollars. Stick Together Gallery not only won Best New Exhibitor of the Year, but Max Zorn took home the Artist of the Year Award.
